It is Dual-sided SOP8/SOIC8/SO8/TSSOP8/SSOP8 SMD to DIP adapter, one side is for pin pitch size 0.65 mm, and another side is for 1.27 mm pitch.
Just connect this adapter on your PIC programmer and push the PIC12F series chips on PCB for loading the code into chips.
Note: Header pins are not included in Package.
