Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Note:

Due to COVID19, we are currently shipping orders to GREEN ZONES only and pin codes serviceable by Bluedart Courier.
All the capital cities and Metro cities will be covered and orders will be delivered.
Pincodes which are not serviceable will be automatically cancelled.

COD policy

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments for major pin codes all over India.
The maximum acceptable amount for COD will be Rs.5000 and minimum is Rs.200
COD orders value above Rs.5000 and below Rs.200 will be automatically cancelled.
We will not entertain any further COD orders if the customer refused to accept it for the first time.
An additional amount of Rs.50 will be charged for opting for the COD service.
COD orders will be cancelled if the customer does not respond to our confirmation call and message.

COD is not applicable to

B2B orders
Bulk orders for corporate
Orders with GST Credit (B2B Orders)
Total order value less than Rs.200 and more than Rs.3000

How to confirm COD order

Customer can call us on our helpline number +919814727278 and confirm the order.

If the customer rejects COD order

If he/she rejects first COD order then no further COD order will be entrained.
Íf customer has accepted previous COD and rejects one then he/she needs to give justified reason else next order should be prepaid otherwise will be cancelled without notification.
COD orders will not be entertained if the customer tries to place an order with another email id, number or name after being blacklisted.
