This product is a 220 x 220 x 0.5mm frosted heated bed sticker with adhesive backing for 3D printers. It is made of special rough PC chip that prevents the 3D printed models from warping and keeps the surface smooth.
The PC chip is produced by co-extrusion molding, which is insulated, environmentally friendly and pollution-free. The PC chip has a coarse texture with many small holes on the surface, which can effectively improve the cooling effect of the 3D filament and reduce the curling edges during the printing process.
The product has a durable structure that allows for the use of different or same filament materials. It has a single board design that makes it easy to install and less prone to bubbles than the tape.
How to use:
There are 2 methods to attaching the build surface on heatbed:
1. Clamp the build surface to the print bed using binder clips(at least 3 clips).
